Phase one of the project is comprised of three buildings that make up 64,000 square feet of covered and enclosed RV Storage.  There will be a total of 210,000 square feet when completed. Joe and his crew laid these buildings out over concrete footings that were marginal and adjusted the buildings so that the buildings are straight and good looking. They also modified the door frames so that the overhead doors would have the proper clearances and work. Most importantly the buildings passed all inspections on the first go around, without any city inspector comments.

Because of the performance of Enhanced Steel Buildings on the first phase, they will be erecting the remainder of the project. I have recommended them to everyone that has contacted me.
